Evaluation on Comag

  1. What will be on your front cover?

On our front cover will have pictures including Lady Gaga, Nicole from the Pussy Cat Dolls and other things to do with the magazine. Also large eye catching headings with real life stories, “Star in your own advert”, and 40 beauty tricks.

  1. Consider price, feature stories, colours, font styles layout etc.

The price of our comag will be £2.10. feature stories will be all of the ones included on the front cover and other celeb stories, fashion/health/beauty stories as well.

  1. Primary image - you must decide whether to use either a) an original image (drawn/comic/Photograph) or b) a found image (this must be manipulated at least twice)

The images we have usen were taken from the internet making them a found image.


  1. Research teen magazines and comics using google, making notes in your blog

We have researched magazine front covers already and annotated them on Microsoft powerpoint.

Writing An EditOrial;

Editorial Guidelines.


- The editorial is a personal introduction to your comag.

- You can make your writing informal to appeal to your target audience

- Read Several examples and take notes on at least two of these (style, tone of address, humour etc)

- Try to capture the mood of your comag in your introduction.

- Refer to your contents at least 3 times.

- Dont forget to include  refernce to your photo-story.
